Cetec ERP handles data transfer in a software-driven, reproducible process. Data intended for migration is routed through a set of programs that transform and load the data from spreadsheet format. This approach makes the migration repeatable, testable, and easy to validate as you get closer to launch.

The bulk of data conversion work is front-loaded into creating the transformation programs. Once the suite of transforms is created, a refresh is a minor event, often taking 15–20 minutes. That enables recurring data refreshes, testing, and validation in the weeks leading up to go-live, using the same method each time.

By launch, the process has been executed enough times that the final cutover becomes routine. Instead of a one-time, high-risk conversion, you end up with a practiced, proven migration workflow that supports a calmer and more controlled go-live.
