1. Head over to the Parts List Report (Parts > Lists > Part List).
2. Click the blue Create New button to generate a new part record.
3. Fill out the PRC code, part number, description, and location fields. Click Create.
4. On the part edit screen select the Non-Inventory? Checkbox.
5. Click Update on the prcpart record.
6. You have now generated a non-inventory prcpart record in Cetec ERP.
