1. G/L Account Mapping Hierarchy: Default G/L Account Mapping can be seen by navigating to ADMIN >> Config Settings >> GL Transaction Settings. If G/L Account Mapping is set per PRC, then that mapping will take precedence over the default mapping for COS and Revenue. If G/L Account Mapping is set per Prcpart, then that mapping will take precedence over the PRC mapping for COS and Revenue.
2. Change Accounting Mapping for a PRC: Navigate to PARTS >> PRC List >> [select a PRC]. Choose the Revenue G/L Account and COS G/L Account you want to map it to and click Update.
3. Change Accounting Mapping for a Part: Navigate to PARTS >> View/Lists >> List >> [select a Prcpart]. Click on the Pencil/Edit icon next to the Part Info. Choose the Revenue G/L Account and COS G/L Account you want to map it to and click Update.
