How To Use the User Lock Out Feature

1. Navigate to Admin> Users> User List.
2. Next, set a time and date in the Lock Out Until column. This can be set in the column header, which will apply to all the below users, or set next to an individual user.
3. Once the desired date and time is set, be sure to select the checkbox for the users that you desire to lock out of the system. A Select All? column can be found to select all of the users on the user list.
4. Once the selected users are checked, click the Lock Out Users button. The users will be locked out according to the date and time set.
5. You can unlock the users manually by selecting the locked out users and clicking the Unlock Users button.
6. The user list can also be filtered by warehouse. This enables you to quickly filter the list to lock out all users that have a default warehouse location assigned.
