- To see how ROP and Lead Time show up on MRP, navigate to Purchasing » MRP » MRP - All
- Click “Refresh” to refresh the data being used in this report.
- Filter the MRP report to search for a specific part.
- You can see the lead time for this part. You can also see when this part should arrive if you order it today.
- You can also see qty on hand (QOH), and the reorder point (ROP).
- Cetec subtracts the QOH from the ROP to show a sum required qty, by default.
- However, if you want Cetec to compare the ROP to a different value, go to Admin»Config Settings»Config Settings
- Then, search for the rop_against config and choose one of the options given.
- To set up Lead Time and ROP, navigate to the part record of a part.
- Stay on the “View” screen, then scroll down the Warehouse-specific data, then click the pencil icon.
- You can enter Lead Time and ROP here, then click update to save your changes.
