How To Purchase Required Material For One Order

For manufacturing companies who perform job shop style orders, meaning inventory and material is purchased as soon as orders come in, tracking purchase orders with work orders becomes necessary to keep visibility of all inventory.

To Create a Purchase Quote/Order for a Work Order:

• Navigate to an Open Order
• Click the ‘Create PQuote’ on the bottom left-hand side of the screen
• You will be navigated to a screen that allows you to fill out all parts required for that job.
  • Fulfill all materials required
  • Input a Vendor
  • Click Submit
• This will create a complete PQuote directly linked to the open work order.
