• To track your company’s tickets, navigate to http://help.cetecerp.com/ and click on Check Ticket Status. On the left you will see an option to log in with your email and ticket #, and on the right an option to register for an account.
  • Click on the link to register for an account.
  • Fill out the requested information and click Register.
  • Once an account has been created, you can go back to http://help.cetecerp.com/ and log in using the Sign In link at the top right of the screen.
  • Next, the user should email support@cetecerp.com a list of all the email accounts from their company whose tickets the user wants to actively track along with a statement communicating their desire to track these accounts.
  • A support representative from Cetec ERP will contact the user once their account is ready to start tracking tickets from any linked email addresses. This can be done by logging into the user’s account at http://help.cetecerp.com/.
