UniversitERP gives Cetec ERP users a practical path to competency across core manufacturing departments. Assign classes, follow video-based instruction, complete hands-on challenges in a mock environment, and earn department-level certification.

What is UniversitERP?

UniversitERP is Cetec ERP’s training and certification program for manufacturing teams. It gives you a structured way to ramp users across core departments using guided lessons, hands-on challenges in a mock environment, and department-level certification. Subscriptions include six months of access, and are billed when the user starts training.

Department-based training

UniversitERP includes 10 department-focused classes that map to the core functions found in most manufacturing companies. Enrolled users have access to every class, so they can learn their own lane and cross-train into adjacent workflows when needed.

Video tutorials that cover core concepts

Each class guides the learner through a sequence of video-based tutorials that explain the core concepts a user needs to understand in that department. The focus is on how information moves through the system and how decisions in one area affect the rest of the business.

A mock Cetec ERP environment for hands-on training

After the tutorials, users complete guided exercises and challenges (a test!) in a dedicated mock Cetec ERP instance for that user's class. This allows them to practice without risk to live data or day-to-day operations.

Daily office hours with a Cetec ERP expert

Enrolled users get access to daily office hours led by a Cetec ERP expert. Sessions run one department per day on a rolling 10-day cycle. Users can join to ask questions, get unstuck, or review concepts from the training. The schedule and class meeting link are published in UniversitERP.

Department-level certification (and UniversitERP Graduate)

Each department class includes a pass/fail challenge to validate understanding. Users earn certification as they complete each department. Completing all 10 departments earns a UniversitERP Graduate certification, signaling baseline competency across the full system.

FAQs

How do I sign up?

Log in to your active Cetec ERP instance. You must be a user with Admin privileges (a “super user”).

Navigate to Admin → Users → User List, click Edit next to the user you want to enroll, and check the Cetec UniversitERP Access box.

This starts a six-month access period. During that time, the user will have access to all UniversitERP classes and office hour sessions.

How much does this cost?

Pricing is on a per-user basis, with price breaks starting after just 10 users.

Each user is charged once and receives six months of access to all UniversitERP classes.
