In Cetec ERP you can now batch reschedule orders. This can be time saving when you have many orders that all need to be rescheduled in the system.

1. First navigate to the Batch Reschedule screen by going to Production, Scheduling, and click into Batch Reschedule.
2. Next, filter your list to locate the work orders you’re looking for. Using the “Order Schedule Lock” filter can be used to find orders according to the “Schedule Locked?” checkbox on the work order scheduling screen.
3. Additionally the Dates fields can be searched by Work Start Date and Ship Dates.
4. If orders have their schedule locked, you will need to first unlock them before rescheduling. Do this by marking the checkbox for the row on the right, then click the Unlock button.
5. Once the report is filtered for the order(s) you wish to reschedule, use the same checkbox to the right to select all the orders you will reschedule, then click the Batch Reschedule button.
6. On the popup window that opens, toggle if you would like to reschedule backwards or forwards. When scheduling backwards, the Ship Date is used to create the scheduled entries backwards, while the Work Start Date is used for scheduling forwards.
