How To Manage Part Drawings/Documents

1. Navigate to a Part Profile Screen: Navigate to PARTS >> View/Lists >> List >> [select a part].
2. Attach a Document: Click on Documents from the left side nav menu (scroll down to the bottom, look on the left). Select files to upload.
3. Use the Attach To: feature to attach to a specific revision: Click Add More Documents to upload more documents. Click Upload Document(s).
4. Document Integration (“Related Documents”): Whenever this part is involved in a quote, order, work order, or invoice you will be able to access the attached document by navigating to the Documents link on the left side nav of the interface.
