1. First navigate to a BOM's component overview and select one of the components of the BOM. This will take you to the part screen of that raw component where you will then select the 'Build Defaults' tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and add a work location with the specific build operation for that part which will not change regardless of the associated BOM.
3. Navigate back to the BOM at hand and go to its labor plan by selecting 'Revisions' >> 'Labor Plan'. On this screen you will find the ‘Repopulate From Components’. This button will push the components’ labor to top level BOM.
4. If you would like to push the component’s labor plan to every BOM associated with that component, you must click the checkbox 'Allow Labor To Be Set From Components?' on the BOM's labor plan and navigate to the raw component and click the 'Push To All BOMs'.
