1. There are 2 places you can access security by role. The first is Admin> Users> Security by Role. The second is in the regular config settings page under Admin> Config Settings> Config Settings.
2. You can search in both of those places to find whatever setting you are looking for.
3. Once you find the setting you can add roles to either the block or allow setting. To add multiple roles, comma separate them.
