1. Navigate to the Quality Alerts Screen: Navigate to PARTS >> View/Lists >> List >> [select a BOM part] >> Quality Alerts.
2. Add Quality Alerts: Enter a name inside the Create New Quality Alert field. Click Create.
3. Choose an "Expires On" date, and attach a doc if needed. After any change is made, click on Update.
4. (If an expires on date is set for a quality alert, it will automatically remove itself after that date)
5. Production Order Screen: Inside the work order screen for the part, you will see the quality alert published at the top, and a link to download/view the attached file(s).
