How-tos

1. Setup

Your ERP environment is configurable for your company, data, and employees. The following guide walks you through setting up Cetec ERP for you.

If you haven’t already, create your Cetec ERP environment here - Cetec ERP Free Trial. Afterward, follow the instructions here to add your CC on file to keep your subscription after your 30-day free trial - Add a Credit Card.

Start with the Cetec ERP Intro Training on how to move around the software, learn basic terms, and familiarize yourself with Cetec ERP.

How-tos

2. Foundational Data

While onboarding your company, you can import all data through our import tool (Admin>APIs&More>Data Import).

There are two 'types' of data: Foundational Data and Transactional Data. Foundational data tends to not change and is the core data required to operation your business. Transactional data is the 'live' transactions, and change regularly. This section will walk you through importing your foundational data.

How-tos

3. Transactional Data

Now that the foundational data is established, you are able to enter your live transactional data (typically done as part of a cutover).

These guides walk you through the creation of this data, which includes Open Sales Orders (backlog), Open Work Orders (including WIP), Inventory, Open Purchase Orders, Open A/R (unpaid invoices), Open A/P (unpaid bills), and Trial Balance (starting balances from your legacy system).

How-tos

4. Training

Training on Cetec ERP can be informal, using our online How-To resources or YouTube videos.
