How To Close a PQuote

For traceability reasons Cetec does not allow for PQuotes to be ‘deleted’, even if those quotes were opened or built by accident. However, you may close a PQuote, and it will not display on your active Purchase Quote List. To do this:

• Navigate to Purchasing»PQuotes»List and chose the quote that needs to be closed.
• Click close, and complete the closing of the PQuote.
