How to View Current Inventory Value of a BOM

At any given moment, you would like to review the current inventory value of a BOM. A quick snapshot look of this information is visible at the BOM’s view screen.

First, you must turn on “Show BOM Component Inventory Value” config setting. This setting is set to OFF by default.

• Navigate to Admin»Config Settings»Config Settings and type “Show BOM Component Inventory Value” in the ‘Name’ text field.

Next, navigate to the BOM whose information you would like to view.

• Comp. Value is a tab on the left side of your screen.

This report displays the current inventory quantity and dollar value for all subassemblies and components within the BOM.

• Additionally, the sum total displays at the bottom of the page.
