You may need to cancel an order for various reasons. Heres how you can do this:

• First navigate to whatever order you want to cancel. Once you are on the order click Close Line/All on the left hand menu of the order overview.
• If you are wanting to only close one line then select the line/lines you would like to delete by selecting the checkbox on the right hand side of the line then clicking Delete Selected Lines.
• If you want to close the entire order click on the delete order button on that screen. It will open up a pop up to confirm the deletion of the order. The order will have been deleted successfully.
• If you want to close lines with parts picked you will select the line then click Delete Selected Lines. The pop up will show that the parts will be scrapped and ask you to select a reason code from a drop down. It will then scrap the parts and close that line.
