You can create a new revision from the quote screen in Cetec ERP.

• Open up a quote with a BOM on it.
• You can make modifications to the BOM worksheet before or after making the new revision.
• Click into the pencil icon on the quote line.
• Go to the revision section. Here you can type in the new revision name in the box that says new. Then select either Yes or No for Replace BOM Data. Yes will replace the BOM data with a blank worksheet and No will keep the existing worksheet.
• Click ok.
• Click into the BOM worksheet. You will see the same BOM worksheet if you said No with all of your changes. If you selected Yes it will be a blank worksheet.
