You can create projects to track multiple orders and POs over a period of time. Heres how:

  • Go to Sales > Quotes > Projects
  • Click create new
  • Enter the customer the project is associated with. This can be an external customer or an internal customer.
  • Select the customer from the drop down menu and click create.
  • Enter information such as project name, project manager, costs, associated parts, etc.
  • Click update to save your work
