- Navigate to a workorder by clicking Production»Orders»Production Order List»Submit
- Once you navigate to your workorder, on the left side menu click “Inspections.”
- Here you’re able to create a new inspection report.
- Under “Inspection Type,” “In-Process” indicates an inspection performed prior to the complete assembly of the part.
- “Final” indicates an inspection performed after Assembly.
- You can also set additional inspection types by navigating to Admin»Maintenance»Data Maintenance»InspectionType
- Click “Add Record” and a blank description field will appear where you can type in the new inspection type. Click “Submit” to save changes.
- Navigate back to the inspection screen on your workorder, then fill out the pertinent information on your inspection. When you’re finished, click “Submit.”
- You are then taken to a page where you’ll enter inspection details. Fill out the details on this page, then click “Update.”
- Submitting failure details will automatically create an NCR for every part that was rejected.
- After you submit a new inspection report, you can go to the inspections screen to view a list of submitted inspection reports.
