The Workorder License Plate (or Traveler) can now be customized to your preferences. Heres how to set it up:

• The Workorder License Plate can be accessed within the documents section of any work order.
• To access a work order navigate to Production> Orders> Production Order List.
• Once in the Production Order List, select submit to pull a list of all production orders that match the parameters selected. Click into the Production Order you wish to view.
• To access the Workorder License Plate, select Documents on the left side of the screen
• In the documents list, you can observe the License Plate document.
• You will now see a Set Preferences link next to the License Plate that allows you to set up the License Plate how you prefer.
• Select Set Preferences to access the preview screen where you can customize what information is included in the layout of the license plate
• In the License Plate Preview screen, under the Customize PDF section you can customize what information is included in the layout of the license plate by checking and unchecking the available fields.
• Once the desired fields have been selected or unselected select Set Columns to save the layout of the License Plate.
• Once saved, the License Plate document will now generate your customization.
• You can view the updated license plate by selecting documents and selecting the License Plate document link.
• Each user with access will have the ability to set up and customize the License Plate document how they want.
• The selected settings will save per user for the next time that user prints a license plate document.
