The Individual Part Notifications feature allows you to receive email alerts when a specific part arrives in your inventory. Heres how to configure these notifications:

  • First, locate the part record for which you want to set up notifications
  • In the part record, on the left-hand side of the screen select Maint+ > Notifications option to access the part notification screen.
  • In this section, you can customize your notification settings, such as specifying the warehouse from which you want to receive alerts and providing the email address for the notifications. If you need to send notifications to multiple addresses, separate each one with a comma.
  • After entering the desired details, click Create New Notification to add it to your list.
  • From this point on, you will receive an email notification each time the part is received into your inventory.
  • Additionally, the Notifications Sent section at the bottom of the page tracks each notification that has been sent for the part.
  • If you decide you no longer need notifications, you can easily remove them by checking the Delete box next to the notification in the list and clicking Update.
