• First, navigate to the part record, then scroll down to the appropriate warehouse.
  • Click “Vendor Return,” then enter the Vendor, the return qty, then hit Create.
  • On the next screen, choose the “Internal Customer” from where in your company this return will be sent.
  • This move is for the purpose of processing an invoice, which will relieve your inventory.
  • You can simultaneously create a debit memo from this page if you’d like.
  • If you’d like to skip this step, simply click the “Return” button.
  • Now that you’ve processed the return, you can see that an invoice has been created to relieve your inventory.
