Maximum part request thresholds can be set in Cetec ERP. This enables the ability to set a limit for a user at a set location for the maximum part request values that they can approve.

• To set the maximum threshold amounts, navigate to Admin, Maintenance, Part Request Approvals.
• Enter the maximum amount the user can approve, the username, and the warehouse location the threshold is tied to a specific location, then click create.
• If a 0 amount value is entered, then the user will be able to approve any part request value.
