• Begin by clicking Sales»Customers»Customer List»Submit
  • Select the Customer, then scroll down to see the list of Contacts
  • Click the ““human icon”” to make this contact a portal user
  • Create your password
  • You’ll be taken to the new portal user record, which shows the password at the top of your screen
  • Scroll down to define the user’s roles, then click Submit to save your changes
