- First you need to generate a Custom Form Table (Admin > Maintenance > Custom Form Builder.)
- Click the blue Create button to start this process.
- Select ToolMaintSchedule as your Object Type and name the custom form to your liking.
- After creating your custom form refresh the page, and click the edit icon (pencil icon) next to your newly generated form to customize it.
- Now in the edit custom form popup, focus on the Build Form column to customize the additions you want to make.
- Youll be required to input a Name into each addition that you generate.
- Once youve added all the customizations that you want for your tool maintenance process head over to the edit tool page for your tools.
- Scroll down to the Maintenance Schedule section of your tool edit page and locate the Form Template column.
- Hit the down arrow to populate the custom forms youve built out and assign the toolmaintschedule custom form you just built out.
- Click Update and now all of your customizations are included when you go to perform maintenance on your tools!
