- Navigate to the Quality Alerts Screen
- Navigate to PARTS » View/Lists » List » [select a BOM part] » Quality Alerts.
- Add Quality Alerts
- Enter a name inside the Create New Quality Alert field. Click Create.
- Choose an “Expires On” date, and attach a doc if needed. After any change is made, click on Update.
- (If an expires on date is set for a quality alert, it will automatically remove itself after that date)
- Production Order Screen
- Inside the work order screen for the part, you will see the quality alert published at the top, and a link to download/view the attached file(s).
