- G/L Account Mapping Hierarchy
- Default G/L Account Mapping can be seen by navigating to ADMIN » Config Settings » GL Transaction Settings.
- If G/L Account Mapping is set per PRC, then that mapping will take precedence over the default mapping for COS and Revenue.
- If G/L Account Mapping is set per Prcpart, then that mapping will take precedence over the PRC mapping for COS and Revenue.
- Change Accounting Mapping for a PRC
- Navigate to PARTS » PRC List » [select a PRC].
- Choose the Revenue G/L Account and COS G/L Account you want to map it to and click Update.
- Change Accounting Mapping for a Part
- Navigate to PARTS » View/Lists » List » [select a Prcpart].
- Click on the Pencil/Edit icon next to the Part Info.
- Choose the Revenue G/L Account and COS G/L Account you want to map it to and click Update.
