What this integration does

Wire harness quoting is often slowed down by manual data gathering. Estimators pull part numbers, check inventory, and reconcile material costs across multiple systems before a quote is even built.


The Cableteque integration brings that data into the quoting process. Manufacturer part numbers, internal part numbers, inventory availability, and material costs from Cetec ERP are available where estimators are already working.


This reduces the back-and-forth between systems and gives teams a more direct path from RFQ to a costed quote that can move into production without rework.

How it works

The Cableteque–Cetec ERP integration creates a direct, API-driven connection between quoting and ERP.

  • Automated synchronization: Manufacturer part numbers, internal part numbers, unallocated stock levels, and material costs sync from Cetec ERP into Cableteque
  • Real-time visibility in quoting: Estimators see Cetec ERP inventory availability and cost data alongside distributor pricing while sourcing materials
  • Clean handoff to ERP: Finalized, costed BOMs and labor estimates move back into Cetec ERP to support production planning and job execution

By removing manual data transfer between systems, quoting moves faster and stays aligned with actual inventory and cost conditions.
