What this integration does

Inovaxe, together with Cetec ERP, aims to solve several operational and data-management problems that the SMT and electronics manufacturing sector faces with regards to inventory accuracy, process efficiency, traceability, and planning visibility.

When storage systems and ERP systems are managed separately, inventory updates often rely on manual transactions, which can lead to mismatches between physical stock and ERP records, which comes with its own list of problems such as poor traceability, production shortages, space inefficiencies, and material control gaps.

How the integration works

By working together, we’ve automated transactions when parts are stored or picked, passing along real-time ERP updates on quantities and locations. This provides better visibility for planning, procurement, and positively affects all related processes – effectively increasing overall operating efficiency.

When pairing a full suite of Inovaxe solutions with Cetec ERP, we can also automate the entire receiving process with automatic part verification, automated receiving transactions, and eliminate the need for manual data entry and human errors.

The collaboration is a two-way road: not only is Inovaxe communicating real-time material movement to Cetec ERP, but Cetec can also send work orders directly to Inovaxe’s smart storage systems. Deep levels of integration further exemplify the benefits of a connected factory with guided FIFO, part UID to job allocation, and automated pick verification.
