In version 4.20 you can now set up PO Receipt Notifications. This will enable Cetec ERP to send you an email when a PO line is received

To set up a PO Receipt Notification on a PO:

  • Navigate to the PO for which you want to set up the notification (you must be using the old version).
  • Click Notifications.
  • Select the Receipt Email Notification Type.
  • Enter the email address you want to receive the notification.
  • Click Create New Notification.
  • You can make any edits to your notification if needed.
  • Now when any lines of this PO are received, you will receive an email notification from Cetec ERP.
