Feature Spotlight: Time Clock
Five hundred, twenty five thousand, six hundred minutes…how do you measure a year? You could start by utilizing a new Cetec ERP feature, the Time Clock.
From the sandwich menu, all users can now access their Time Clock. This tool can be accessed via the sandwich menu, or found under Production> MGMT> Clock in/out. This tool captures hours logged for payroll purposes, and is not tied to any active job. Users can still log in and out of individual jobs without affecting their time clock, and vice versa.
Each user sees only their own time clock history; administrative access is needed to view all time clock histories. To export your group’s hours, an admin user can navigate to User Time Stats, found under the MGMT dropdown menu in the Production tab. Here they can edit time if needed, and export the time logged for payroll purposes.
