Enterprise Plan Exclusives
Enterprise Support: Extended Hours, 2 Hour Response Time
Enterprise Support is 9am EST - 7pm EST, M-F, with a minimum 2 hour response time.
Requests from Enterprise Support are handled ahead of all other Customer requests,
and can be submitted via Phone, Email, or Ticketing System. Cetec ERP recommends that support requests
are submitted by a controlled group of users for process control and knowledge consolidation.

"Sandbox" Test System
A fully functional environment is provided for testing, validation, or any other use your company needs. Data is refreshed from your
Production to the "Sandbox" system on a recurring (usually nightly) basis..
Automatic Document Attachment
Documents (Packing Slips and related documentatation) can be submitted to Cetec ERP via upload from a compatible document scanner.
Cetec ERP will automatically read the documents and attach them to the related Receipt, streamlining your operations and making critical
documents like COCs (Certificate of Conformance), RoHS Certifications, and other Vendor supplied documents easily available in your
ERP System.
Cetec ERP also provides an easy to use Queue for exception documents that couldn't be automatically matched/attached, providing a simple
process for document acquisition, matching, and storage.
