1. Begin by accessing the Customer List under the Sales tab.
2. Search for a specific customer, then select that customer.
3. Click Quotes on the left-hand side of the screen.
4. Here, you can see a list of all quotes associated with this customer.
5. Click Orders on the left-hand side of the screen.
6. Here, you can see a list of all orders associated with this customer.
7. Click the Customers tab at the top of the screen, then click "Backlog by Customer."
8. Search for a specific Customer.
9. Here, you can see a list of all backlogged orders associated with this customer.
